Auricular acupuncture, also known as auriculotherapy or ear acupuncture, stimulates specific points on the external ear to promote healing and wellness throughout the body.

Ear seeds are also type of auriculotherapy; they are an alternate version of auricular acupuncture where ear press seeds are used to stimulate ear points instead of press needles.

Ear press needles or seeds can be left for five-seven days for ongoing stimulation and long-term effective result.
