Membership Terms and Conditions

Member:

You become a member when you purchase a membership for an agreed period of time, starting from the date of purchase or until all credits have been fully used.

You will receive membership credits equivalent to the value of your membership price, plus reward credits depending on your membership tier.

You can use your membership credits to pay for skincare treatments and skincare products until the end of the valid period. All memberships are paid for on site.

​​Exclusive Benefits for Members:

• Exclusive membership rates on all skincare treatments.

• Any other special offers for members only in the future.

 

Valid Period:

The subscription and credits are valid for the specified months listed below, starting from the purchase date and automatically expiring thereafter, or upon full utilization of credits within the designated period. ​

• [Refresh/$350]: valid for 3 months from the application

• [Recharge/$500]: valid for 6 months from the application

• [Harmony/$800]: valid for 12 months from the application

• [Rewind/$1000]: valid for 12 months from the application

 

Purchasing a new membership does not extend the expiry date of a previous membership; each membership is managed separately.

​​​Usage Restrictions:

Memberships and associated benefits are applicable to skincare treatments and skincare product purchases only.

​Reward Credits:

Reward Credits are awarded when you sign up for a membership over $500. Upon membership cancellation or refund, any previously awarded reward credits will be deducted accordingly.

Sharing membership:

[Harmony/$800] and [Rewind/$1000] can be shared with one family member.

The member may choose which family member to share the membership with. The designated family member must also be present to sign the membership terms and conditions on-site.

Additional terms and conditions apply to shared memberships, including the management of credits and usage tracking.

The member is responsible for monitoring the usage of the shared account by their family member. They must manage usage in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. Healing Time Clinic does not intervene or hold responsibility for how credits are utilized among shared members.

 

​Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Refunds are possible within 30 days. ​​After these periods no refunds will be issued.

Credits used after membership registration will be deducted from the refund at the non-membership rate. Reward credits will not count toward the refund. 

Additionally, a 5% cancellation fee (based on the original payment) will apply.

A cancellation fee will not apply if cancellation is requested within 7 days from the application date.
